Our Pilates Equipment classes offer a fun, supportive way to build strength, improve flexibility, and move with greater confidence. Using the Reformer, Tower, Barrel, and other Pilates apparatus, you'll strengthen your core, spine, and entire body while improving balance, coordination, and body awareness. The equipment provides both support and challenge, making the exercises accessible for beginners while offering plenty of opportunities for growth.

With just 2-3 participants per class, you'll receive personalized instruction and encouragement in a welcoming environment. Small class sizes allow us to meet you where you are, help you move safely and effectively, and support your progress every step of the way. Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, you'll enjoy a full-body workout while connecting with a positive and motivating community.

On the Mat: Get moving with the foundation of Pilates.

Experience the foundation of the Pilates method in our classical Pilates mat classes. These energizing, full-body workouts follow the traditional sequence developed by Joseph Pilates, emphasizing core strength, flexibility, posture, balance, and mindful movement. Using primarily your own body weight, you'll move through a series of exercises designed to build strength from the inside out while improving coordination and body awareness.

Whether you're new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner, these classes help you move with more ease, control, and confidence—while connecting with a supportive community.

Private Sessions: A highly customized workout designed specifically for you.

Private Pilates sessions are all about you. Whether you're brand new to Pilates, working through an injury, or looking to refine your technique, one-on-one instruction allows us to create a program tailored specifically to your body, goals, and needs.

With personalized guidance, hands-on feedback, and plenty of encouragement, you'll build strength, improve mobility, and gain confidence in your movement at a pace that feels right for you. Private sessions also provide a comfortable space to ask questions, explore exercises in greater depth, and develop a deeper understanding of your body.

It's a supportive, individualized experience designed to help you feel stronger, move better, and enjoy the journey along the way.

Introduction Package: ‍Begin your Pilates journey with confidence.

These introductory sessions are reserved for new clients and are designed to help you feel comfortable and supported from day one. We'll get to know your goals, explore the foundational Pilates exercises on the mat and equipment, and help you understand how our group classes can work alongside your individual needs and aspirations. Students with previous Pilates experience, please call & we’ll discuss what classes may be the best fit for you.

Summer Only Special: Pilates on the Paddleboard

Come join us for a sunny, fun and possibly wet class! Using paddleboards as our mat! It is a fun way to celebrate summer and Pilates! (It is easier then you think!)
