I have taken several forms of Pilates classes with Alison over the years, think Pilates in the park (during covid), Pilates on paddle boards, one on one instruction and group classes in her personal studio. Each one has been effective, unique, and most importantly, fun!

You won't regret signing up for classes with Ali at High Plains Pilates! I'm 51 and found Pilates intimidating initially. Ali makes it fun and accessible to all the bodies across many ages and abilities. I started taking classes in the park during COVID, followed by Pilates on paddleboards which allowed me to get reconnected and doing something good for my body in a fun, inclusive community. 

Now I'm participating in mat classes and I love them! Every class feels like a personal training session. Ali has helped me improve my form through cues and meaningful adjustments. Alison creates a welcoming and fun atmosphere in her studio. I had never taken a Pilates class before her classes and immediately felt comfortable even if I wasn’t able to do every move.
